We are now taking the necessary measures to reduce the risk associated with COVID-19. Whilst all precautions are now be taken to reduce the risk of disease transmission, clients who book any treatments face to face do so with the understanding that their treatments can involve close physical contact over an extended period of time and there may still be an elevated risk of disease transmission, including COVID-19.
Restrictions & Booking an appointment
Bookings must be made by appointment only, and available to only those who are not displaying any symptoms of COVID-19. These include a high temperature, a new continuous cough, or a change or loss of taste or smell.
You must also not make a face to face appointment if you are on or live with someone on the government's
extremely vulnerable persons list, instead please use the contact form to arrange a video consultation.
If you are also classed as vulnerable as being aged 70 above, or you have had COVID-19 in the past, then please get in contact to discuss your appointment.

What to bring
Please bring the follow items to your appointment:
Please try not to bring any unessential items. A sanitised box will be available to put any clothes in.
It's also advisable to bring your own bottle of water
Arriving at the clinic
On your arrival, please wait in your vehicle and then call or text to let the practitioner know you've arrived. You will then be greeted at the entrance and lead through to the clinic. Please ensure you are wearing your mask on entrance.
If you arrive by foot please wait outside and call or text on your arrival.
Hand hygiene - Clients will be asked to use antibacterial hand sanitiser upon arrival to the clinic and at the end of the appointment.
During your appointment
There will be only be one client in the clinic at one time, your therapist will be wearing a face shield, apron and gloves.
Your temperature will be taken before any treatment begins. Toilet facilities will not be available.
Please try to make sure payment is made prior to your appointment via bank transfer.
