1 hour PT Section. Exercise tailored to you. Due to COVID-19, sessions will be taken outdoors, with social distancing in place.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you can no longer attend your appointment. Late cancellations or failure to attend your appointment will result in the full fee being due. We understand that circumstances can sometimes be beyond your control, we will always be fair and use appropriate discretion.
