AS Sports Therapy was established in 2017 by Sports therapist Alexandra Sardinha after she graduated from the University of Bedfordshire with a BSc Hons in Sports Therapy. She is passionate about helping others and has since gone on to help and treat many happy clients of different ages and abilities. Alexandra enjoys keeping fit by cycling, playing badminton and practising yoga.
