Terms and conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Whilst by using our website and using our products and services, you indicate your acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy and all other rules, guidelines published by us.

Appointments

Your first appointment will consist of an initial consultation which may include a health assessment, postural analysis and range of motion test, this is to help determine the cause and ensure your injury and condition can be effectively treated.

 

If your therapist considers you're not following any reasonable instructions during your appointment then your therapist may at any time stop your appointment and not continue. You will at our discretion still be liable for the full fee due for that appointment. 

Please ensure you arrive on time to your appointment. If you are late to your appointment, it will begin upon your arrival and finish at the scheduled time. If you agree to the session being over run where permitted then you may still be charged for any extra time over the initial scheduled time.

Cost of appointment

The fees for each appointment is clearly listed on the website and are confirmed by you at time of booking. We require you to pay the cost of your appointment in advance of the appointment via credit or debit card. You are personally liable for all fees incurred, including cancellation fees.

We permit clients via third parties including private medical insurance, however it is your duty to check with your insurance to verify exact details and costings. All fees for services that are being arranged via a third party must be paid in advance of the appointment.

We reserve the right to raise fees for our services or discontinue certain services without prior notice to ensure a maximum standard of service are kept.

Cancellation policy

24 hours notice is required for cancellation of all appointments. Late cancellations or failure to attend your appointment will result in the full fee being due.

If we are required to cancel or rearrange an appointment because of reasons beyond our control or if key personnel is unavailable to provide the services, we will let you know as soon as reasonably possible. If we must cancel your appointment we will offer you an alternative date and time.

Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and no change or refunds can be given.

Recipients of a gift card are welcome to book a longer appointment if it's greater than the value of the gift card and pay the difference at the time of the appointment.

 

No change or refunds will be given if a shorter appointment is booked.

Package deals

Package deals cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. Cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Valid for maximum of 1 year from date of purchase.
